• We carefully pack all orders with bubble wrap and extra protection when needed. Orders are shipped on time, but once your parcel is with the courier, delivery time and handling are no longer in our control.

• If your parcel looks tampered with or damaged (like a ripped pouch, torn box, or damaged waybill), do not accept it and let us know right away.

• All our products are brand new, sealed, and directly imported from Korea. If anything inside the sealed box is missing, torn, or damaged, it is considered a factory issue and is not something we can replace or refund.Pre-order – The merch hasn’t been released yet or is still coming from Korea (in transit or at customs). Versions depends on purchase period:
• First Press – bought during pre-order
• Restock – bought after release

Different terms:
• Pre-order – The merch hasn’t been released yet or is still coming from Korea (in transit or at customs). It usually ships 1–3 weeks after the release date in Korea.
• Onhand – The merch is already in the Philippines and ready to ship.

Inclusions:
• First press benefits (e.g., posters, photocards) are only for albums bought during pre-order
• Pre-order benefits (from SSQ, WITHMUU, Weverse) may vary and sometimes do not include first press perks

Merch Guidelines~

• Merch ships out 3–4 weeks after the box is dispatched from Korea.

• Stocks may run out even before the pre-order period ends, so it’s best to order early.

• Packaging style may vary per item and some may not include a seal. The outer plastic or box is mainly for protection.

• Small flaws like dents, scratches, slight discoloration, or any caused from production are not valid for return or exchange.

• The outbox protects the product, and may have minor factory marks — these are not considered defects.

Note for lightsticks and keyrings!

• Use 3 AAA alkaline batteries (these are not included in the merch). Use only genuine AAA alkaline batteries to avoid damage.

• Always insert batteries correctly to prevent leakage or overheating.

• If it turns off on its own, replace the batteries.

• Remove batteries when not in use to keep your lightstick safe.
